Founder & Sr. HR Consultant
Kanika founded ileadHR after building more than 12 years of experience across the HR domain. Following her Post Graduation in Personnel Management from XISS, Ranchi, she worked alongside rapid-growth IT development companies. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ranchi.
Her work spans organisation structure, people systems and performance. It has helped strengthen the foundations on which organisations in regional business ecosystems operate and grow.
Our interdisciplinary infrastructure
Kanika works with consultants from multiple functional domains and sectors, supported by an associated corporate lawyer and a statutory compliance executive. This helps ensure legal deliverables remain aligned with central, state and local labour laws.
